  • Because every piece is custom-made by hand the moment you order, your item is crafted with individual attention before it ships. You will be notified of the anticipated ship date once your order has been received.

  • FREE GROUND SHIPPING for USA orders over $50.  

  • All Deedee & Sparrow jewelry is shipping from Colorado.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.  Please make sure you enter the correct email address so you don't miss updates on your order.

  • Yes we do. The shipping cost will be indicated at checkout once you've entered your shipping information. International orders may be subject to additional fees, duties, and taxes upon delivery.  If you'd like to return an item, we strongly encourage utilizing a shipping method which provides a tracking number option.

RETURNS

Every piece leaves our studio made by hand with intention and care. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange for online store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and your credit will be emailed once we receive them back — it never expires. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. CARING FOR YOUR NEW DEEDEE & SPARROW CREATION

Protect all jewelry from scratches, chemicals, and contact with water. After wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of make-up and skin oils. Store jewelry separately so it doesn’t tangle with or scratch other jewelry. Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. Make-up and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewelry. Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, windowsills, or in the car. Do not wear jewelry while in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. If treated with care, your jewelry will last for years to come.
